Total Glycome Database provides data from glycomome analysis for various class of glycans (N-glycan, O-glycan, Glycosphingolipid(GSL)-glycan, Glycosaminoglycan(GAG), free oligosaccharide(fOS)).

Glycoconjugates such as glycoproteins, glycolipids and proteoglycans cover the cell surface with complex arrangement. Various class of glycans that modify glycoconjugates cooperate and play and important role in the biological systems. Therefore, elucidating the expression profile of these glycans is fundamental to understand total glycosylation homeostasis and systems biology glycomics.
